Terms of Sale & Use

1. What you're buying. OzTaxReturn sells digital spreadsheet products (.xlsx) delivered by download link. No physical goods are shipped. The financial year covered is stated on each product page.

2. Licence. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence for you (and members of your immediate household) to use the workbook. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly or upload the files to any marketplace or file-sharing service. Accountants and bookkeepers wanting multi-client use should contact us for licensing.

3. Delivery. Download links are provided on-screen after checkout and by email, valid for 7 days. Expired links are refreshed free — reply to your purchase email.

4. Not advice. Products provide general information only, are not tax, legal or financial advice, and we are not registered tax agents. See the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

5. Refunds. See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Updates. Minor corrections to the edition you bought are provided free. New financial year editions are separate products unless we say otherwise at purchase.

7. Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your card details. Prices are in Australian dollars.

8. Intellectual property. All product content, formulas, structure and branding remain the property of OzTaxReturn.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
