Refund Policy

Your Australian Consumer Law rights. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty — a file that won't open, formulas that produce errors, or a product materially different from its description — you're entitled to a remedy: we'll fix it, replace it or refund it, your choice for major failures.

Change of mind. Because digital files can't be returned, we generally don't refund change-of-mind purchases once a file has been downloaded — please read the product page and FAQ before buying. If you bought the wrong occupation by mistake, contact us within 14 days and we'll swap it for the right one, no charge.

How to claim. Reply to your purchase email or contact support@oztaxreturn.com.au with your order details. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
